Well it seems that someone (Susan Cain) thinking about Introverts in the workplace has come to similar conclusions. Interesting viewing.
So, should we be trying to embrace the differences of different employees and finding out how they work best - rather than trying to create a fictitious 'synergy' throughout the whole company?
What are your thoughts?
